Shipping Charges:

All orders to continental US are shipped via UPS ground within 24 hours or the next business day, from our own warehouse. All other orders are shipped via US Parcel Post and shipping charges are based on weight and distance and we insure the package to the value of your order. Return policy and limited guarantee against defects:
Every third party product you buy from Cuisinartrepair.com is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty and Cuisinartrepair.com's 30 day limited warranty against defects. Cuisinartrepair.com's 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Cuisinartrepair.com. After 30 days the product manufacturers warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Products returned must be in new condition, original packaging and include registration cards, packaging materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the original invoice date. We reserve the right for charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by Cuisinartrepair.com or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supercede ours.
